Debby has always been driven to help others. Growing up in New England, she split her time between Maine and Connecticut and began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at 18, caring for dementia patients.
In 1996, Debby joined the Air Force, serving nearly 20 years as a Medic. Her roles spanned pre-hospital care, the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, and more, providing care wherever it was needed most. Just before retiring, she earned her Associate’s in Nursing, laying the groundwork for the next phase of her career.
After leaving the military, Debby continued to make a difference in civilian healthcare. She began at Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility supporting individuals with addiction and mental health challenges, where she worked with Active Duty members and Veterans. From there, she served at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center and local urgent care clinics while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018.
In 2021, Debby earned her Master of Science in Nursing—Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP). She worked for two years of experience in general neurology, expanding her expertise in understanding the complexities of brain health.
Debby brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and is eager to expand her expertise in Integrative Medicine. She is passionate about helping patients achieve true healing by addressing their health from the inside out.
When she’s not caring for patients, Debby enjoys “glamping” in the great outdoors with her husband, Shane, and their lovable pack of dogs. At home, her craft room is her happy place, where she creates quilts, greeting cards, and other handmade treasures, combining her creativity with her caring spirit.
