Message from our owner:
I’ve been reflecting on the question regarding “What is optimal health?.”I reflected on the wisdom I’ve accumulated from the countless hours I’ve spent reading, listening to podcasts, and attending conferences and retreats. While there’s no universal answer that fits everyone, I do believe there are core principles that stand the test of time.
My life is a potpourri of experiences—a blend of diverse practices and lessons that have contributed to my growth. I regularly scan my body to identify what feels good and take an honest look at my day-to-day choices, focusing on what I have the power to change. This process involves practicing self-love, staying motivated, and maintaining curiosity about my blind spots and unknowns.
Ultimately, we are looking for a state of flow. My flow intention is to feel effortlessly engaged with my day-to-day, to feel present, and to find joy and peace and gratitude.
